Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in supervising security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and security personnel.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of company premises.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and security alarms.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff.
• Coordinate with management and government authorities when required.
• Handle emergency situations, fire incidents, medical emergencies, and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure proper visitor management and access control.
• Maintain accurate security records, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend security improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and incident management.
• Experience with CCTV systems, access control, and security reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and report preparation).
• Valid Kuwait driving licence is an advantage.
